This training asks you to meet your own edges, reflect deeply, and refine your capacity to hold space for profound transformation.
Deepen your command of interoception as a therapeutic tool. You will learn to guide clients through increasingly complex somatic terrain — reading, tracking, and responding to the body's moment-to-moment experience with precision and care.
Level 2 equips you with the phenomenological, interoceptive tools to reliably access and reconsolidate primary pain — the original wound beneath the adaptive strategies and surface symptoms.
The work is grounded in current neuroscience and memory reconsolidation research. You will be able to articulate the mechanism of change clearly — for clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
