Level 2 combines interoceptive mastery with scientific rigour to help advanced practitioners access and reconsolidate the primary pain that drives trauma symptoms — reliably, ethically, and with lasting effect.
This training asks you to meet your own edges, reflect deeply, and refine your capacity to hold space for profound transformation.
Interoceptive Mastery
Deepen your command of interoception as a therapeutic tool. You will learn to guide clients through increasingly complex somatic terrain — reading, tracking, and responding to the body's moment-to-moment experience with precision and care.
Accessing Primary Pain
Level 2 equips you with the phenomenological, interoceptive tools to reliably access and reconsolidate primary pain — the original wound beneath the adaptive strategies and surface symptoms.
Scientific Integrity
The work is grounded in current neuroscience and memory reconsolidation research. You will be able to articulate the mechanism of change clearly — for clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
Relational Depth
Advanced practitioners know that transformation is co-created. Level 2 trains the quality of therapeutic presence — the attunement, timing, and relational sensitivity that makes curative work possible.
