Level 3 builds on the full InCorr training arc. It is not simply an advanced course — it is an induction into the role of guide, mentor, and teacher within the InCorr community and the wider trauma field.
Participants are invited based on demonstrated clinical mastery, relational depth, and commitment to the mission of curative trauma healing. There is no direct application — invitation follows the journey.
This is more than training. It's a call to stewardship of this work, this wisdom, and the healing future we are co-creating.
Explore the nuanced, often-invisible trauma patterns that manifest across nervous systems, relationships, and behaviour. You will develop a sophisticated clinical eye — able to read what is beneath the surface with precision and compassion.
At this level, the healing relationship itself becomes the primary focus. You will learn to recognise how trauma affects the therapeutic field — including power dynamics, embodied exchange, and the ethics of deep therapeutic intimacy.
Develop the clinical discernment to distinguish developmental wounding from medicalised pathology — ensuring clients receive attuned, human-centred care rather than diagnosis-driven management.
Level 3 is a stewardship role. You will be trained to teach the InCorr Method, mentor emerging practitioners, and carry the integrity of this work into your own community and practice.
Invitation to Level 3 is extended to practitioners who have completed the full InCorr pathway and demonstrated the clinical depth, personal growth, and relational mastery this role requires. If you are called to this work, begin with Level 1 and let the path unfold.
